1. No Return & No Refund Policy

Essence: Once an order is placed, it cannot be returned or refunded.

Essence: Normal use, minor variations, and customer mistake are not eligible.
For example: Color difference due to screen brightness.

Replacement will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Wrong product ordered by the customer
  • Change of mind after ordering
  • Minor color/size variations
  • Normal wear & tear
  • Product used or installed
  • No proof of damage
  • Request made after 7 days of delivery

4. How to Request a Replacement

5. Shipping for Replacement

  • If the product is approved for replacement, we will ship a new item.
  • Customer may be asked to return the damaged item depending on the situation.

6. No Cash Refunds

Essence: Replacement only, no money back.
For example: Even if product is damaged, refund nahi—sirf replacement.

  • We do NOT offer cash refunds, bank refunds, or payment reversal.
  • Only replacement is provided in applicable cases.

7. Final Decision

Essence: Business rights clear.
For example: Seller decides after checking evidence.

All replacement decisions are made by Sanwariya Sales Agency after verifying the damage or issue.
